About ICLS
The International Congress on Logistics and SCM Systems is
organized by The International Federation of Logistics & SCM Systems (IFLS)
and The Asian Pacific Federation of Logistics & SCM Systems (APFLS).
The 1st Congress was hosted by Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan, November 22-24,
2004, followed by the 2nd Congress hosted by The National Kaohsiung First
University of Science and Technology in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, May 1-4 2006.
The 3rd Congress was hosted by Kanagawa University in Yokohama, Japan, August
29-31, 2007, the 4th Congress by Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok,
Thailand, November 26-28, 2008, the 5th Congress by The Korean Society of Supply
Chain Management(KSCM) in COEX, Seoul, Korea, June 3-5, 2009, and
the 6th Congress by College of Management, National Kaohsiung
University of Applied Sciences and co-organized by Association for Commercial
Modernization in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, March 7-9, 2011. The 7th International
Congress on Logistics and SCM Systems, ICLS2012 by the Korean Society of Supply
Chain Management (KSCM) in Seoul, Korea, June 6-9, 2012 and
ICLS2013 will be hosted by Waseda University with support of the Japan
Society of Logistics Systems (JSLS) in Tokyo, Japan, Aug .5-7, 2013.
The congress aims to provide an international forum
for leading researchers, educators, software developers, and
practitioners to discuss ideas, exchange experiences on the latest development and seek opportunities
for collaboration on the latest implementation and enhancement of sustainable
Logistics and SCM systems in the resilient
market. This Congress cordially invites papers with academic thinking and industrial successful case examples from
researchers, educators, modelers, software developers, users and practitioners in universities, industries and research
institutes in
Logistics and SCM systems field.
The congress aims to provide an

Submission
Prospective authors should submit
an abstract or full paper, in English, outlining aims, content and conclusion of their papers,
an well as other contributions. The abstract or full paper should include the
cover page with a title, topic areas, key words, author name(s), affiliation, mailing
address, and the contact information of the corresponding author such as a mailing address,
telephone and fax number. The final manuscript for the proceedings would be fine in the
format of MS Word or Power Point slides.

Proceedings and Publication
All accepted papers will be published in the conference
proceedings. In addition, some selected papers after the conference will be
invited for publication in the “International
Journal of Logistics and SCM Systems” (The official journal of IFLS) and special issue of “Flexible Service and Manufacturing Journal” (SCI class) after the
conference. The best papers will be awarded
during the conference.

The regular or student registration fee covers attendance of
all conference sessions, a CD-ROM of the proceedings, souvenir, refreshments,
